Lola just has a passion for excellent food, its preparations and the kitchen! Lola retired as a Chef de Partie from Nicon Noga Hilton (now Transcorp Hilton) and has a passion for training and mentoring.  

She’s a widely sought Chef in Oriental Cuisine, Continental Cuisines and Salads. Her clientele lists dignitaries, hotels, restaurants, schools and corporate agencies.

Lola is involved in mentorship, consultancy and capacity building. Her innovative and forward looking outlook brings amazing solutions to catering requirements.
